No, you will not be able to rescue your loved ones from hell.  At least, not the way that Richard Matheson envisioned in What  Dreams May Come. Nobody can rescue a person from Hell after they have gone there.  Abraham told the rich man who wound up in hell, “And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.” (Luke 16:26)  The original Greek words for great gulf are mega chasma — the words almost describe the gulf between entire universes, a gulf such as what scientists have speculated begins at the event horizon of a black hole. Everything goes in and NOTHING comes out. Hell is  a bottomless pit.  (Rev 20:1  And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

Also: Revelation 9:1,2, 11,11:7, 17:8, 20:1,3)  The only way you can rescue your loved ones from hell is by giving them the Gospel message now— while they are still alive.  Anyone and everyone who hears the gospel and calls out to Christ to save them from their sin, will be saved from hell— but only while they are still alive.
