There’s no way I can cover all the aspects of what will happen when you take the red pill. You’ve got to discover it for yourself. You want REAL ANSWERS? Then you’re going to have to trust God. So how can you “unplug”? Say a prayer something like this and mean it: “God of creation, I believe that if you exist you probably are trying to make contact. I’ve sensed that you might be there, but I’ve been afraid to face you. I now understand you’re trying to rescue me, that you mean me no harm. I think I now understand why I’ve been afraid to invite you into my life. You are obviously holy, completely perfect and sinless (I can tell by the beauty, complexity and vastness of your Creation) and because of my sins, I’ve been afraid to face you. Somehow I’ve suspected that because of my sins I wouldn’t be able to stand before you. But now I see that you sent your son Jesus Christ to pay my sin debt. I don’t fully understand it, but I have to admit I’ve heard this story many times throughout my life and I realize it wouldn’t be still in circulation if it wasn’t true. I want to discover for myself if it’s true, so right now, as best as I know how, I admit I’m a sinner in need of forgiveness, and I ask your Son Jesus Christ to come into my life, forgive my sin, and save my soul.
