Yes, you may meet your loved ones again in heaven (isn’t that wonderful). That’s the whole point of these sessions on the Analogyman All I’m trying to do is to give you the Bible perspective about subjects raised in daily life in such media as films and books. Obviously people are concerned about the afterlife, and obviously we are all faced with the pain and trauma of losing our loved ones to death. Well, the Bible shows you what you can do about it. First, you can get saved yourself— “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand.” (John 10:28) — and then you can tell your lived ones about Christ and show them how they can be saved too.
Ultimately, all who die “in Christ” go to heaven and will be reunited with their loved ones. This is the best news of all time, and yet is the world’s best kept secret. Imagine meeting your grandparents and great grandparents again, and the child who was killed in a car wreck, or the wife who died of cancer— all this seems too good to be true, but it IS true. The Bible promises eternal life to ALL who call upon the name of Christ. “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. (John 11:25,26)
